Can we really push ourselves to do the work that needs to be done?
The answer is yes.
But it usually gets a bit harder when:
Your body feels tired.
On a Saturday night.
In Madrid, there lots of fun activities around.
I push myself to do things but not too much that I can’t recover the next day, (See last post.)
WHY? You might ask.
1. I push myself just enough so I can cultivate a habit. Like going to the gym, which I committed to since the beginning of the year, and now it’s been 6 months.
2. I have a purpose, which means I know why and who I am doing this for:
Family, Friends & Career/Mission I Believe In
